Our Journey to EUDR Compliance
At Geotobox, we believe that business success should not come at the expense of our planet. We are proud to announce that our supply chain has been audited and verified as compliant with the EU Deforestation-Free Regulation (EUDR).
Achieving EUDR compliance was a rigorous but rewarding process. It represents a core part of our commitment to ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship. Here are the steps we took:
- Supply Chain Mapping as Your Request: We can trace our relevant commodities back to the specific plots of land where they were produced.
- Geospatial Data Collection: We collected precise geolocation data for all source plots to ensure they were not on land deforested after the December 31, 2020 cut-off date.
- Rigorous Due Diligence: We implemented a robust due diligence system to assess and mitigate any risk of deforestation in our supply chain, ensuring compliance with local laws and human rights standards.
- Third-Party Audit: Our systems, processes, and data were successfully audited by an independent third-party firm, TÜV Rheinland, confirming our adherence to all EUDR requirements.
Transparency is fundamental to trust. You can contact us to review the documentation that validates our EUDR compliance.

Mailing cartons and some bags also achieve a recycled rate of over 60%. All paper and board waste is collected by recycling companies. We continuously strive to reduce the use of non-paper materials, such as OPP lamination and magnets.
